ABOUT THE ARTIST: Emma Mount is an English self-taught artist. After a 10 year design career in London she is now a full time painter living on the south coast, a stone’s throw from countryside, forest and sea. Emma paints a variety of subjects including big eyed art, the age old tradition of lovers eyes, cats, ghouls, space girls, movie icons, vintage Barbies all in oil paint on wood and preloved skateboards.

Having worked as a designer she is very much caught up in the excitement of creation, and loves the endless creative possibilities that come from painting, and making a blank space come to life Her art is directly influenced by having been a teenager in the 80s.
